Pick your subject and level on the Services page, choose a time on the booking calendar (shown in your own timezone), and pay securely by card. Your lesson is confirmed straight away and appears in your dashboard.

No. You can create an account at any time, and you can also sign up as part of the booking flow - there is no purchase required first. Just use the same email for booking and for logging in, so all your lessons and messages stay in one place.

Lessons are held in our built-in online classroom - a live video room with a shared interactive whiteboard - right inside your dashboard. There is nothing to install and no separate meeting app to join.

Open your dashboard and click Join classroom on the lesson. The classroom becomes available a few minutes before the start time, so you can settle in before your tutor arrives.

Yes. The classroom whiteboard from each lesson is saved to your dashboard, and you keep unlimited read-only access to it afterwards, so you can revisit every worked solution.

It is helpful but not required. Working from your own notes, problem sheets, or past papers makes lessons more targeted, but your tutor can bring their own material too. After your first booking you will get a welcome message from your tutor - share your materials in the message thread (use the clip icon to attach) so your first lesson is as useful as possible.

60, 90, 120, 150, or 180 minutes. You can also book two or more lessons back to back - the calendar automatically keeps a 10-minute break between consecutive lessons.

Up to 60 days in advance.

Book everything within the next 60 days, then reschedule the later lessons as the window rolls forward. Alternatively, ask your tutor - they can schedule further-out dates for you.

Yes. A weekly subscription reserves the same time slot with the same tutor every week, and you are matched to a tutor who specializes in your service.

Prices depend on the level and are shown on each service page - currently between $65 and $95 per hour. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

There are two ways to save:

• Book 6 or more lessons in a single checkout and an automatic 5% discount is applied.
• Start a weekly subscription for 5% off every lesson - and prepay for 3, 6, or 12 months to save an extra 5% (10% in total).

By card, securely at checkout. Your lesson is confirmed once payment goes through; an unpaid hold simply expires and never becomes a booking.

Yes - from your dashboard, up to 4 hours before it starts. Inside that 4-hour window a lesson cannot be rescheduled, and a no-show is treated as completed. We can make exceptions in genuine emergencies, so contact us if something comes up.

One-off lessons: cancel at least 12 hours before the start for a refund, straight from your dashboard - no emails or forms. If you used the multi-lesson discount, the refund reflects the value of the lessons you keep (cancelling can adjust the discount on the remaining lessons).

Subscriptions: subscription and prepaid lessons are not cash-refunded - if you cannot attend, reschedule instead. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future billing.

Once you have booked and been matched to a tutor, a message thread opens in your dashboard. Ask questions and share files there at any time (use the clip icon to attach). Your tutor will send a welcome message after your first booking.

Log in with your account email at any time - no purchase needed. Your dashboard holds your upcoming lessons and classroom links, your saved whiteboards, rescheduling and cancellation, billing, and messages.
