With individual and recurring bookings, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel the lesson with at least 12 hours' notice. Otherwise, you will normally be charged for the lesson. However, in extraordinary conditions we might accept to refund you anyway. Please contact us if it's the case.
A package booking is non-refundable.
The minimum time is 4 hours, and the maximum time is 60 days. If you're in a hurry, we might be able to book you quicker than in 4 hours - please contact us directly.
Please schedule all your lessons within the next 60 days period and reschedule them once available. Alternatively, reach out to your tutor. They can schedule your lessons on further dates.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount when you book four or more lessons in one checkout. The discount is applied automatically on the booking page.
You can select a desired duration from 60 to 180 minutes. It is possible to book two or more lessons one after another, though. In this case, please mind 10 minute breaks between your lessons.
Not necessarily! Although it is often very convenient and helpful to work with student's materials, as they reflect what is precisely expected from the teachers and professors, our tutors can definitely prepare their own materials and problems for your lesson. Once you book your first lesson you will receive a welcome message from your tutor. Please send them your specific request and share your materials with them in advance. This will improve your first lesson experience.

We accept rescheduling up to 4 hours in advance. If the lesson is not rescheduled in that timeframe, and the student doesn't show up, the lesson will be treated as complete. In extraordinary situations we might make exceptions. Please contact us if it's the case.
